Rental Policy
Entertainment is subject to the approval of George B Preston Post 209 and monitoring by the Post for volume and content.
Payment of Police Detail shall be the responsibility of the Lessee when requested by the Lessor or required by the town ordinance.
Lessee is responsible for the conduct of its guests. The management (Lessor) reserves the right to exclude or remove any and all objectionable persons from the premises.
*At no time is any guest of Lessee permitted in the area directly behind the bar.
No food or beverage will be permitted without prior written approval. All food brought into the facility will be at the discretion of the provider. If food is served it must be by a licensed caterer and they must notify the Board af Health {508.785.0064} at least 72 hours before the food is to be served. Failure to notify the Board of Health will invalidate this Contract.
No "outside" alcohol permitted {including the parking lot). No alcoholic beverages are to be removed from the premises.
*Violation Of this rule will result in the immediate cancellation Of the event.
No smoking is permitted in the hall, only in designated areas outside the building.
No decorating will be permitted without the consent Of management. No rice or confetti will be permitted in the hall.
Management shall not be held responsible legally or equitably for personal injuries to lessees or their guests.
A deposit is required to secure the rental. Cancellation of this agreement must be made thirty (30} days prior to the date of the function. No refunds of the deposit will be granted after that date.
Lessee shall be responsible for any and all damage to equipment {chairs, tables eke.} Charges will be actual replacement or property damage caused by the Lessee or his/her guests.

Any time required to set up/decorate in advance of function must be coordinated with management.
Leftover materials (food, decorations, etc.) will be collected no later than 1:00PM the following day.
